No leave it as one piece of meat
Well the steak comes in one or two slabs, total weight 500-600g, and i cant finish everything in one meal...so i guess i dont have any choice except to put it the left overs in the fridge and microwave them.

You cut the meat into a size you want to eat for one meal ie. 200gms (I think they say 150gms is one portion). Freeze the rest in individual portions of a similar size.
I wouldn't reheat a cooked steak in the microwave.

A good steak only needs some salt and pepper. Everything else you put on it is "gravy" so to speak!
