What recipes can I reheat from frozen?

I like to batch cook and freeze meals for over Christmas however I sometimes forget to take meals out to defrost (and I don't like defrosting in the mircowave).  If I make a casserole/shepherds pie/lasagne type dish - can I completely cook, then freeze, then cook until piping hot?

In the past I've made sausage rolls without cooking and then cook from frozen.  Can I do this with chicken or beef wellington?

Any tips and advice would be appreciate. Many thanks Y

I somehow think it would not work with a Beef Wellington, especially if you want it nice and pink inside.

What about soup? It is the easiest to make and to reheat!

I have cooked, frozen and reheated lasagna and Shepherds pie. Also chicken and leek pies, spinach and ricotta tarts, tomato macaroni cheese, spanakopita.

I prefer to thaw them in the fridge, then I often start them off in the microwave as it is so quick and warms up the insides, and then pop them in the oven or under the grill for the tasty crispness!

I make a great cheeseburger macaroni.  Basically you make your favorite macaroni and cheese recipe, then make your favorite bolognese sauce and then combine them.  Put it in a casserole dish and freeze.

Lentil soup freezes well.

I also freeze lots of small batches of homemade stock so that I can have it on hand for quick meals.

I make phyllo dough triangles filled with spinach or cheese and freeze.
