Cauliflower pizza
I recently started a thread about low-carbing and someone suggested cauliflower pizza crust, I believe it was oliviascotland. I can't find the post however, does anyone have the recipe for this?

Re: Cauliflower pizza
no , I had never heard of a cauliflower pizza base before I read about it the other day , I think it might have been Kye that mentioned it on the supper thread, but I am not sure.

Hi there.
Check this out, he pulls it off quite well I think, and I have spoken to him since, where he assured me it was DELICIOUS (better than the real thing even!!).

Re: Cauliflower pizza
Thanks for all the ideas. Seems like the running theme is to cook the cauliflower, add egg and cheese, then bake it before adding the toppings. Simple enough.

Re: Cauliflower pizza
I hadn't heard of a cauliflower pizza base but I have made one with grated zucchini, egg and light mozzarella cheese before that worked really well.
