Italian Nachos recipe
Hi all
I went to Jamie's Italian restaurant in Liverpool the other day and had the Italian Nachos for starter, which were absolutely divine! I cannot find the recipe anywhere and would love to make them when i have people for dinner. Does anyone know how to make them?
Thanks x

I can't find any recipe for that but maybe a combo of these will get you somewhere close.

Welcome to the forum Hannaangie
The 'Italian Nacho's' sold at Jamies Italian are also a favorite of mine . for those that do not know what they are they are small deep fried ravioli with a ricotta filling , they are served with a little dish of a simple arribiatta sauce.
I have never tried to make these at home sorry. I was looking n YouTube to see if I could find a film to help you but most seen to use the small premade ravioli that you can buy packaged in the chiller sections of the supermakets .

Re: Italian Nachos recipe
Those look good Grandmadamada but are not quite the same as the "Italian Nacho's" that are sold as an appetiser at the Jamie's Italian restaurants .
The Italian Nachos that are sold in the restaurant's are small ravioli with a cheese filling , they are deep fried .
Very yummy !
The little ravioli puff up a bit as they fry and the cheese inside heats .
Each ravioli are filled with a little ricotta .
They are served with a little dish of arrabiata sauce .
I like to break open each little 'nacho' and pop a little of the sauce over the cheese .
They are very ' moorish' so every time you eat one you just find yourself wanting more !

The link I posted shows many photos of the dish from a variety of sources.
