Cholesterol
Hi-
My husband has high cholesterol which he can manage through his diet. However he now travels alot with work and as a result his cholesterol has increased again. Have any of you any ideas for some low cholesterol recipes that will travel? Even packed lunch recipes would be great.
Thank you!

Salad, fruit and raw nuts travel well.

Re: Cholesterol
Travel well for how long? For a packed lunch, calzone is great - just bread dough made into a pasty shape, filled with whatever you like but veg fillings work great. You can control the sat fat in the dough - which is one of the main issues with cholesterol, if I'm right?
