HELP WITH THE CHRISTMAS CAKE
AS ANYONE MADE JAMIES CHRISTMAS CAKE? MINE WAS STOGGY AND I'M NOT SURE IF THE QUANTITY OF BOOZE (400ML) WAS CORRECT

Hello,
I haven't tried the recipe but I've just had a look at others on the internet and they use much much less booze, around 3 tblspoons in each recipe, which would be about 50mls.
Maybe you can check with Jamie online?
