Hi Everyone
I have just signed up because I need help finding a Jamie recipe for roast turkey with legs and thighs removed and cooked in tin next to the turkey and with leeks and bottle of red wine.  I did it this Xmas and the recipe was in a magazine which has been thrown away by mistake.  It is the most amazing recipe so if anyone knows it please let me know.  thank you
