My daughter prepared this meal for me about a week ago.   It was delicious.   The herb crust was very nice although I did wonder whether it could be cooked in the oven.    She made the Tsatziki from scratch as well.   I have bought the ready made dip type one since and it is okay.   The coucous was yummy.   I am looking forward to making it myself soon.  Give it a go!!!     culp1942
