Braised five hour lamb with wine, veg and all that
Hi guys last week end I have done this beautifull recepie from Jamie "The return of the Naked Chef".
The final result was Excellent!
The lamb was so tender and tastie...
I had my kids over and They enjoied it very much They made a scarpetta with the gravy!
If you love lamb this is absolutely one of the best way of cooking it.

That you cooked it and everybody enjoyed it...I've just done a 1kilo lambshoulder in madras stylie spices....3 hours @ 150/160 C...tender as,,,
