Romesco
I made some today, recipe from the Jamie Mag. Very addictive, really good on plain white bread. Thank you Jamie Mag and team another superb result!

I love romesco , its slightly sweeter than a cauliflower .
Pretty shaped veg as well.
I had some recently with a little lemon added ( in jamies italian )and if was really good.

I think he means 'Romescos sauce' which is usually made from Nora peppers, roasted tomatoes, sherry vinegar, garlic, hazelnuts and almonds ground up. In Catalan cuisine, 'calcots' onions are charred over an open fire and then stripped of the burned outer skins and dipped in the sauce. I love that dish and I really like the original or more traditional versions of the sauce.
Romanesco - is the green cruciferous vegetable you were thinking about.

Well, neither of you got the spelling just right and who knows if mine is really correct. I never go to the foreign language keys because I keep forgetting where they are located on this system.
