You can't buy unpastuerised brie here in the good ol' USA.

Cumbria has a place that make their own cheeses, including unpastyerised Brie.  They probably do mail order.

Wales has some simply amazing award winning artisan cheeses and also there are some very good welsh cheeses in every supermarket and  one of them is a lovely soft cheese that has a texture much like a Brie.

Pont Gar is avalible in many supermarkets , but as far as I can remember its made from pasturised cheese.

Have you checked what if the Somerset Brie or Cornish Brie is made from pasturised or unpasturised milk ?

I would imagine that this is due to the fact that unpasturised milk can contain Listeria and Salmonella.
Listeria is a really very inpleasent pathogen that can make a person very ill and in some cases can prove fatal.
Listeria is known to inhabit soft Camembert, Brie and Ricotta cheeses.

Brie is a creamy cheese .
what texture is it like when you eat it ?

Can you speak French ?
France is a great place .
Moving there is of course a bit drastic if its only for a slice of cheese !!
An easier way would be to go on a few visits there .

Brie de meaux and
Brie de pays, both u/p , readily available, ie Sainsburys etc [ look for raw milk on labels]
Somerset and cornish are not u/p'd but are available "organic" but nowhere as good as u/p IMO
(My other half is a purveyer of the finest fermented curds and charcuterie  )
