Hey Pete!!!!!

Hi Pete,
I have just seen your wonderful Roast Veg lasagne recipe and it looks fantastic. thumbsup I'll be making it this week for dinner. Only thing is, I did notice in the video you have a nice slab of what looks like parmesan but no instructions of what to do with it.

I also went looking for the ingredients list but couldn't find it. Have I missed it somewhere?

Hi Ann, long time since we've chatted.
I am about to make this today as I have a bit of a cold so am not allowed to go to work so I am getting into some cooking. The lasagne is for sunday nights tea so I am going to make it today and reheat Sunday.

My guess it the Parmesan goes on the top of the lasagne before it is covered and baked.

Ok, I think it is delicious, if not a bit garlicky. I love garlic and thought it was a bit too much even for me.

My advice is to cut back the garlic a bit. Otherwise it is excellent.

Hi Cindy, you add a little of the parmesan throughout the layers then finish with a good grating on the top before it goes in the oven.
