hi everyone,

i'm new to the forum. 

i just joined after watching jamie on tv tonight and saw him doing a roast port and potato/onion dish.  it looked so lovely and just what i need for my next dinner party but just when i went for the pen & paper, the phone rang - ARGH!!!

i'm really hoping there is someone who can tell me the recipe for both dishes or advise which recipe book they're from???
