baked lamb shanks, charcoal vegetables?!?
finally cooked the 'incredible baked lamb shanks' last night, the lamb was delish, though all the lovely veggies in the tinfoil were black! boohoo, hehe.
has anyone else cooked this? I'm not sure why the veg burnt the only thing I can think of is that we didnt put enough wine in the foil packages. I'm sure we put a big swig in, hmm.
Well if anyone can enlighten me on this it would be much appreciated!

I was in the show last evening in Frankfurt and it was so hot
