Hows it going? from Ireland
Hey all. Just saying a quick hello and announcing my noobiness. Im from Cork, in Southern Ireland. Ive been tinkering around the kitchen for a few years now and everyone has lived to tell the tale, as far as I know.

Just kidding! Welcome to the forums. Some of the recipes are dangerously delicious, but have usually been tested by the poster him-/herself

Cheers Susanne! Nice one. The only thing in recent memory was a very bad attempt at rice. Over cooked with a pretty nice chicken curry. Mush would be one word to describe it. The crew that came for dinner choked it down, but didnt say much. Since then I use the the under cooked and steam it in a colander method, which has never failed.

Hey Ronnie B. Cheers! Enjoy Kilarney, wonderful spot! The station is RedFM 104-106. Its a Cork radio station, but you can pick it up in the Kingdom!
