chocolate chip cookies
Hi! Is there any creative recipe for left over chocolate chip cookies? Since we don't have kids at home,no one will consume all the left over cookies. I've just kept them in the fridge and up until now,don't know what to do with them.

All I can think of right now is to make crumbs for a cake base, but then you would just be eating cake instead of cookies....

Er, never had that sort of problem in my house: we tend to just eat them!!!
Cheesecake base, is a good idea.
Alternatively, give them a bit of a bashing to break them up, and serve with ice cream and some sliced up orange, for a very quick and easy desert.

I wonder if they would be good soaked with something (liceur or coffee or so) in a kind of trifle or tiramisu? I don't see why not, actually.
