I am new to the forum
I am an office worker who is looking to get back to a career in cooking – I have been to catering college but due to the wages that trainee chefs are normally offered I chose to go in a another direction for a few years
I am now 30 and wonder where my 20s went and am longing for a career in food.
I have started to cater friends and families parties and have been asked so many times “why aren’t I doing this for a living” I am starting to wonder myself.
I love everything about cooking but most of all  I love the reactions when people taste me cooking.
I am trying to start a new business form this but have no idea where to start.
Any ideas
