Simple Chocolate Ripple Cake
I thought you might like to try this simple cream & chocolate cake of mine.
1 packet of chocalate ripple biscuits or a smiliar style of soft biscuit.
1 tub of fresh whipping cream.
1 small bar of dark chocalate.
Start off by whipping the cream till it is nice and thick.
Then spread a medium amound of cream on each biscuit then stick them all together to form a log and then smother the top and sides in the remaining cream.
Shave dark chocolate over the top of the log.
Then place the chocolate log in the fridge for about 2hours so the log sets and the chocolate ripple biscuits go soft/cake like.
