Look at this picture!
It is an Isopod that swims in to the mouth of a fish, eats its tong, and then becomes its tong.
Imagine speaking to some one with one of them in his mouth?

It's called a CandirĂº.
When people urinate in rivers it swims in them and feeds of blood. Sometimes they get in so deep they have to be cut out of the bladder by surgeons.
Here is a picture of one that has been pulled out from inside some one.
