Hi!

This is my first post and I am of course hoping for some guidance.

I made the brownies recipe currently on Jamie's site.

I was very excited to see them and then find the time to make them.

Several things confused me.  Firstly the amount of flour and sugar and then those in comparison to the butter.

I proceeded with caution as I have failed a few times with baking and also have found Jamies measurements in the past to be in correct (I'm sorry, can I say that!!??)

I added a little extra flour and half the sugar and they were a little dry.

Has someone made these and able to give me some pointers?
