fresh tuna
Hello everyone, wondered if anyone can help.
I had fresh tuna in salsa sauce in Barcelona, does anyone have a good recipe for the salsa please

just make a tomato sauce with onion and olive oil and then put the tuna fish, only a few minutes, otherwise the fish gets overcooked and goes dry.
