Food processor needed

I have had a fairly basic one for about 10 years and it has been fine.  But I now have three boys to feed and am also at home looking after them (well school run for 2) which means I am doing more cooking/baking and have to face the fact that the maximum 0.8 litre capacity is not enough.  So recomendations would be welocome.
Thanks
Ian

Re: Food processor needed

I love my magimix, I have a larger one and it had a long waranty with it.
I replaced my old machine with a new model last summer.

What size do you use? the 4200 or the 5200?

I use a Cusinart 7cup. There is a larger one but this one is fine for me. I also have the mini one for herbs and small stuff.

I have a breville -http://www.breville.com.au/products_detail.asp?prod=308

i have the normal white one - i'd have liked a magimix but they are about 3 times the price. The breville is fairly simple in it's attachments and it's not so good for small amounts. It does jamie's pasta dough well and i've used it to make cakes.

Magimix. Am about to buy my third in 30yrs only for the bowl size and motor. I sold my others to family and friends. They are real work horses and are still going (even the 30yr old one)!

I have an 11 cup Cuisinart (seems Canada has mainly Kitchenaid or Cuisinart to choose from because this is all I saw in the shops). I love mine. Just the right size to make a whole batch of pasta or anything else.  thumbsup

I have the Cuisinart 7 cup (just my husband and I so this size is fine).  We love it!  In the end I went with Cuisinart as they have a better warranty.  Both brands go up to 14 Cup sizes though if you're looking for larger processor.
