Hi,
We're planning a weekend trip to Paris in May .
Any suggestions on nice restaurants, places to be, places to see ... ?

Plenty of nice little bistros in paris.. sure you'll enjoy them!
Montmartre is great.. and get the "paris visite" card to travel cheap in bus/metro etc.. check with tourist office on the champs-elysees...
Loads of little boutiques (dont tell boyfriend his visa has made it some way into your wallet!)... but anywhere around "opera" is very central and touristic... go to Boulevard Haussman for the serious shopping trip though..
and try "la villette", it's like a science museum... very interesting..

There is a lot of things to do and see in Paris! Kind of depends on what you are interested in...Montmartre is a must! And a stroll in the Marais...The Eiffel tower, Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame, the Opera, Eglise Madeleine...Girl-you are gonna be busy!!!
