Straight sided (square) ladle

Does anyone have, or know where to purchase a square/straight sided ladle? I heard that these are much better for skimming.

Re: Straight sided (square) ladle

The main reason for using a square ladle is that it enables you to get the last few drops out of the pan - round ladles always leave some behind.

Re: Straight sided (square) ladle

I bought mine ages ago at either David Jones or House to use in teflon etc non-stick pans. Geoff is right. They have the advantage of getting the very last few drops out of the pan.
