singhappybirthdaytomozathing I am indeed a very youthful and young 38 and many many people do not believe how old I am infact I was in the pub very recently and the landlady thought I was only 26... (if only) in fact if only I could go back to a mere 21 knowing what I know now...
anyway ringaridetobe you are only as young as you feel and I feel like a 17 year old inside still just my body tells me otherwise...

Hey Pm! 
I'm sure you are mate infact only today a friend told me that too that you're only as old as you feel (and Choccy is 28 so get in!!!)
Just getting ready to go home now and await the postman and his large sack of cards for me tomorrow! 
(not that I really want to be thinking too much about my posties large sack you understand!)
Ps hope the house is coming along and good luck on the 11th too,I'm sure you'll sail it!
