Re: Savoury bread fillings?

Cheese, onion, bacon, walnut, chilli, tomato.  All good alone or I have put cheese and bacon together for a picnic lunch to have with soup. Lots of herbs add great flavour to breads, whether they be soda type or yeasted breads. And of course what my children would have had in their high chairs and still love garlic bread.

Your chosen forum name suggests that searching a recipe for keema naan may be a good idea.

Emily, is that a focaccia farcita?  I do that a lot with something like your filling and with the top pricked (bcrain says I can say pricked) and studded with rosemary.  Maybe madamada can give us an authentic Italian hint for this?

Olives and feta, a Greek focaccia farcita?  Olives do OK on pizza, so I guess they will cook alright in something like this.
