Just back from a 4 hr return trip to Lithgow to drop off our 3 yo g/daughter who has been holidaying with us for a week. Now we need a week to recover but it was lovely to have her here!

Waiting for the first Brisket to come off the smoker (its been on there for 10 hours) so i can make a terrine for tommorrow, then waiting another 6 hours for the second one to be finished, Sliced and Pulled and serverd with a little BBQ Sauce................

he's even lifting up the rugs to vacuum underneath

but only when he's finished doing the vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, brushing the dog, cleaning the windows and maybe ironing a shirt or two
