Plain yoghurt (home-made) followed by 2 slices of oatmeal toast with home-made bramble jam I find that if I don't eat breakfast, I feel really sick and dizzy by midday, and never really get back on my feet!

I haven't had time to eat yet
I know that's not healthy
I usually indulge in a tasty almond croissant and a latte from my local coffee shop

Good morning everyone! I had tea, sour dough multi grain toast (plain) w/ an omelette, my hubby made it and it was great!
