Wow, that's some hotel, Dave. Those racing people know how to live, as I've learned since we started brokering custom designed dye sublimated shirts for pit crews and racing officials here in the US. It's amazing how many people it takes to put on a race, and you never think of the people behind the scenes who make it all happen...like chefs etc. Have a great time. I'm sure this will be a nice boost to your career.

Dave, I'm living it vicariously! I hope you have the Presidential suite.
Hope all goes well with the birth of your new child. Best wishes to you and Stella.

The Kaab el ghzal (?) looked delicious with the rose petals! Would it be possible to cook this using an easier to source pastry?

I made the mechoui lamb and it was just fantastic, the meat just fell off the bone and the yogurt and harissa sauce had a great kick to it. Thanks Jamie for a wonderful recipe. ![]()

Looking forward to tonights episode. It's in a place called Ronda, and it's a couple of hours where my parents live. Was there once, wonder if I'll remember the place.

Jamie Oliver has so much fun .... Paella for 500 people in that huge pan... Bet that was hard work but I would have loved a go at cooking in the mega huge pan like that .
