Hi, my name is Patricia I am from Mexico. We need a food revolution BADLY in my country. The levels of obesity in children have risen in the past years so dramatically. We need a drastic change. I am all up for it. How do I start? I know there are many people concerned about it but I don't know how to get to them! Please help!

Your food is so good, as is UKs , sad to hear you have similar problems to the UK. I hope to get a 15 year old in to healthy food tomorrow.
I tried a tamale yesterday, that was realy nice.
