Re: Pasta machine, which one should we choose?

Since watching JO's pasta making video, I really wanted to make mine too cos he made the whole delicious looking cheezy pasta in 6 mins from scratch!

John Lewis sells Kitchen Craft Stainless Steel Deluxe Pasta Machine for 24. I wonder if this is any good.

I also found a Stainless Steel one for 16.99

Re: Pasta machine, which one should we choose?

I have an Imperia and it's brilliant. I have 2 left hands and it was still the most fun I've had in a kitchen with my clothes on.
I also have 2 left feet for dancing. I have to wear flip flips on the beach.

I also have a Marcato Atlas.  Just got it for my birthday, and just used it for the first time this afternoon.  Brilliant.   big_smile
