Japan School Lunches
I just saw a documentary on Japanese school lunches and it seems like America has a lot to learn from them. After watching Jamie's School Lunches and Food Revolution, i am convinced that this is exactly what Jamie Oliver wants to do for America and
UK. The food looks delicious, incorporates participation from students, and is all made from scratch.
The documentary is called Begin Japanology - School Lunches and is online at: (27 minutes long)
You can search for the Documentary on Stagevu.com

Keep it up Jamie! Happy New Years!

This is amazing, why does the UK not do this? Vote for the next person who says they will do this.

Re: Japan School Lunches
Sorry should of wrote more on this, computer was getting noisey.
This is an superb documentary , many thanks for posting it. Food is the most important thing in our lives. Amazing nutrition and cookery skills end up being the last thing people care about.
The joy I get from food is better than drugs or alcohol, as good as sex. I was adicted to alcohol and drugs. Food played a mayjor part in getting me clean,it was rarley mentioned at counciling though.
Educatianing people on food and providing food is a basic human right!!!
It does not seem to exist in many places.
Japan has some great philosiphy, not to mention Tokyo's Michelin stars.
