Hi Dougs, A friend's specialty was to hide some mashed pumpkin in with the tomatoes. It is hidden but a good thick sauce!
I love having lots of red capsicum in the sauce.
I don't need to hide veggies, so I like to have them clearly in contrast on top! Carrots, broccoli, tender corncob rounds, peas.... but these could all be hidden in the sauce if needed: cut small and cooked long (corn off the cob
) Zucchini too!
I'm in for July the first! Spaghetti! I might do Arrabbiata sauce. ![]()

1st July is a Friday so that means I won't even have to cook the spaghetti dish myself (Friday = mum's night off). My girls are great with pasta so I will leave the sauce up to them

This is exciting. I can picture it like a big bowl of spaghetti being passed along the table and as it gets to each person something is changed. Starting way out on the other side of the world...... Can't wait!!

It's possible that I was hallucinating...as since I have been trying to eat healthier. I haven't eaten pasta in 2 months. LOL
