Muesli with fresh cherries and a glass of pure orange juice.
I stoned the cherries with my new gadget, its brill cant think why i didn't buy one years ago.

I had peanut butter, 1 tsp. I felt evil, I have migrene and I cant eat. Just drinking coffee

I overslept this morning, so grabbed a left-over pork-stuffed chicken breast on my way out of the house .... it was very good indeed!
