Salmon Creole/Cajun Salmon
Hi I used to have this dish at a local pub but when it was taken over it was the one thing deleted from the menu! Anyone know of it or have a recipe? The salmon fillet came in a dish with a reddish creamy sauce, perhaps containing white wine as it was not too thick. The pub is in Lincolnshire.
