Hi LMG I nicked up the street because I had to have my milk! Disguised my pyjamas as normal clothes - if it didn't work I will be added to the list of Fairfield eccentrics, that's okay by me! wink

But I am very happy to share a companionable cup of tea (or two) with you LMG! have we got time before the phones start ringing again?

I met a friend for lunch, it's beautiful outside today and wish I didn't have to come back to work but at least it's quiet.

Just going to sit down with a cup of tea, and a magazine. Just been outside with the kids, moving a load of firewood under the car port, but it's soo windy, we were all getting wood dust in our faces and eyes! yikes

Sitting down with a green tea, calming my temper. Just blew a gasket at the kids, for not answering when you talk to them or when you ask a question. It's so rude and drives me nuts. Well this morning it reached critical mass, and ignited. So I've hit them where it hurts.............no electronic entertainment for them today evil

Only thing is that little Tina doesn't like cross voices, so needs a few cuddles.

I use to pay my kids to leave!!! When they were out of control as teens....Two teenage boys in the house at the same time was a bit much. My younger one was the kind that could stand behind you for hours and say stuff like "Are you done?" "Are you done?" etc. Or "What's for dinner?" "What's for dinner?" Would drive me insane. So, I'd ask "What will $20 get me?" Bad parenting, but I'd get a few hours alone. I'm sure they knew that I would but...we do what we must. $50 would get me a whole weekend.

waiting for water to boil ...... we are going to prepare a giant turkey my daughter brought today, home bred , with all its feathers on, help shocked wish me good luck ............... as usual I'm the sous sous chef helping crossed

we did it and I was the one who did the main work remembering what I have learnt as a child,just looking or maybe playing shocked thumbsup
