many things. I started trying out japanese recipes but it feels ridiculous cause there is no way to get the really right ingredients.
I plan to make many fenno-ugrian ancient dishes I haven´t managed to make yet. some open pies, a bread with a whole fish cooled inside, pea and potato crackers, different types of curd cheese, some drinks based on honey, yeast and apples etc etc
I wanna try making cake roll, just to see if I can crack the physics. I am thinking it will definately break and not roll up smoothly. well I guess I´ll see.

Funny, Japanese food is a big one for me.  Never thought there'd be so many others posting that.  Indian food too.  I love eating it, it's a fav, but am somehow reluctant to try making it, but I will.

Um, Cophanta, crepes, what a nice thing to make at home.  I have only made the sweet ones, not the savory buckwheat, well, I tried, but they weren't authentic.  I had them demo'd by a relative from Brittany who was so expert and she talked me through it (in French) and let me video-tape her in her farm house kitchen making them.  What a gem of a lady!  Great crepes too!  The sweet ones that you can buy are really pretty good.
