I think we're out tonight. No. 3 Daughter is singing at a concert in Edinburgh, so we're going to watch and listen, and will probably treat her to supper afterwards! Needless to say, we're proud parents ![]()

Congratulations to your daughter Olivia! That's wonderful.
We had braised lamb shanks with potatoes and carrots, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, blueberry and banana crumble

Re: Whats For Supper?
We're having wraps tonight. Chicken breast (marinated in soy sauce) with lots of veggies, egg and ham. Complimented with a peanut sauce. Roll 'm up and the kids are happy.
This is my oldest son's favorite meal.

Re: Whats For Supper?
Barbecue chicken thighs and legs, h/m cole slaw, and corn on the cob. (OH got a big bag of frozen corn on the cob on sale for only $1.00, and I've never tried the frozen kind before, so this will be interesting.
)
Edit: Luuk - Your roll ups sound good! I love peanut sauce... ![]()

Satisfied my Nasi Goreng craving tonight. Had not had it a few weeks. Tomorrow I am making a tomato and cheddar pie from Masala Farm by Suvir Saran. Looking forward to it.
