Last night we had chicken & salad with spicy mango dressing in souvlaki wraps. Tonight I'm going out for Thai so family will have the rest of the chicken in some sort of pasta dish.

Think i make something from the oven...leak/mushrooms with curry leaves, spicy sausage on top and finish with mash...put in the oven for 30 mins...yum!

Home late so quick dinner tonight. Grill-pan seared salmon fillet rubbed with EVOO finished with a sprinkle of dill. Steamed chats tossed with EVOO and chives, guacomole, smashed cherry tomatoes with basil. Maybe leftover quince if I can fit it in.

Im going to my sisters tonight to show her my wedding outfit (im no longer wearing a cream suit, im now wearing a Light blue dress with matching wrap ) so we are getting pizza delivered and sharing a bottle of wine. ![]()

Oh it is I wish you could see it, i also have some amazing shoes from the Jessica Simpson range from TK Maxx, a gorgeous clutch bag and hat and the dress was the amazing price of £45 reduced from £135 i do love a bargain...... ![]()
