Jamie's bucket BBQ

Hi
I recently saw a video where Jamie built his own BBQ from a metal bucket. It appears that this video has been removed.
Does anyone have any details or links of how to do this?

Thanks

Hmmmm, I would put 3 intake holes in the bottom (sides) of the bucket for air intake. You can get a bit fancy by crewing on a small metal plate to cover the holes so you can contol the heat by the amount of air you let in. Get a small grill grate and set it on 4 small rocks in the bottom of the bucket. This keeps your fuel off the bottom and allows air to circulate under the fuel, which could be charcoal or small hard woods of your choice. Get a cooking grate larger than the top on the bucket. Once you get your fire going put the grate on and heat. There you have it. There is a quite popular form of this called THE UGLY DRUM SMOKER, or UDS for short. Same concept but bigger. Google UDS to get plans.

Happy Qing!!!!
