Hello my name is Gisele, nice to meet you all! I am doing a Jamie's Great Britain cooking for charity and I intend to cook every single recipe in this book within the year, inviting friends over and they can help this charity that take girls off the streets, drugs and crime in Romania, called Jubilee Romania.

Thank you. Those lamb shanks were absolutely incredible. The gravy was so thick and yummy, it is worth a try!
