Trying your mustard chicken tonight with the potato bake that you did so will see how mine turns out! Lol keep up the great work! ![]()

Re: Hello from Australia
Hi, I'm also from Australia.
Been trying a few of Jamie's 30 minute meals - favourite so far is the Indian style steak, it's a big hit with my better half too. Our only trouble is that we're in a rural area and it's sometimes hard to get some of the ingredients. For instance, Jalfrezi paste can't be found within 60 kilometres of us, so I have to make my own.
My mother is getting me the 15 minute meals book for Christmas and I'm really looking forward to trying some of those recipes too. The TV show is playing here at present and some of the dishes sound (and look) wonderful.
My biggest trouble with cooking is that I make a BIG mess!
I'm waiting for a book from Jamie titled "How to Clean Up Your Kitchen in Under 15 Minutes" What do you think? Would it be a hit?
Summer has hit us this week, it's getting rather hot during the day.
Look forward to seeing you all round the forum.

Annie , if the family don't like the taste of anchovies then just use a little salt instead.
