hi
i wonder whether anyone  could show me the secret that turns beef into "DELI STYLE HOT SALT BEEF" ,as sold in London's Brick Lane,
i have tried many times following recipes found on the internet and i have managed to create the brine that the beef must sit in for a few weeks but
i have always failed on the cooking stage and have only managed to create boiled salt beef not the much loved HOT SALT BEEF!!!!
i donot know what is missing in the final cooking stagesor maybe in the preparation but i have yet to manage to create this elusive HOT SALT BEEF
Please help me ,put me out of my misery
