Sorry, Mada . He's now doing a sea food stew with an onion, fennel, garlic, anchovies, passata base and is about to add fish and shell fish ...

Received the book for my birthday but haven't had a chance to look/ cook from it.
Oh, basil and then a yoghurt-based aioli with saffron, lemon etc for the rouille ...
Looks so good. And low fat ...

And now to SBS for "Two Greedy Italians" (Antonio Carluccio and Gennaro Contaldo- one of Jamie's mentors).
Thursday night is foodies' night in my home.
Had to miss Peter Kuruvita's Sri Lankan and Luke Nguyen's Mekong programmes to watch Jamie.
Must buy a DVD Recorder.
Most nights there's nothing to watch on TV. Thursday it's a feast (for me).

I watched Luke Nguyen and recoded Jamie, but then watched the first half hour before I went to bed. Loved the meals!

Lots of great stuff on tele back home, thanks Maree - watch out for the episode on Two Greedy Italians where Gennaro and Antonio visit San Patrignano, you will enjoy it I am sure - I am at San Patrignano now in fact

Danny, was last episode of "Two Greedy Italians Eat Italy" last Thursday.
We had "Two Greedy Italians" in June/ July. Enjoy your time in Italy ...

Channel 10 is now doing double episodes of 15MM Tuesday as well as Thursday, starting tomorrow- 7.30-8.30pm AEDST.
