Just had to share a special pasta I had in a local Italian Restaurant, some time ago. There was a large parmesan wheel with a scoop out of the middle, an ordinary tagliatelli carbonnara inserted into the dip and flambed with vodka, then twirled around the inside of the parmesan scoop, made an ordinary dish memorable.
