Just home from work (21.40) so I'm glad I have leftover Manchurian cauliflower, basmati and spicy green beans. Will have a piece of fruit afterwards if I don't fall asleep beforehand.

Had spagetti bolognaise, cooked by my sunshine who's only 12, as it was my birthday, and the family decided I should have the day off

Salmon fillets wrapped in crisp potatoes ( from the Julia/Jacques video link provided on the 'Spatchcocking Turkey' thread) . . . . spinach salad with walnuts and dried blueberries . . . . persimmon tart.

Hello everyone I've been away to New Zealand where I had some lovely fish called Tarakihi which I was told is similar to cod or snapper. Yum.
Tonight it's not so exciting - tandoori chicken with salad, avo and cashews.
