I'm trying to use up all my freezer food to make way for Christmas baking so tonight my plan is party pies with mash and veg.

Last night was a small piece of salmon, steamed baby potatoes and an avocado and cherry tomato (from the balcony) salad (leaves also from the balcony).
Not sure about tonight.

Yesterday, I cooked a red-skin potatoes salad (from book) and marinated salmon instead of smoked salmon. The receipe was nearly like in the book, but instead horseradish, I used "crème fraîche" with : coriander, a pinch of dried onions and garlic, pepper and a very few paprika; then I mixed that with the potatoes, and used a lime with the salmon, it was just awesome !!!
Tonight, it will be much easier, just some bread, butter, cheese, honey, a.s.o., don't know yet !!!
