Re: Whats For Supper?
Pizza tonight with a Greek style salad. Busy day baking and already have pizza dough in the fridge I made a few days ago.

Re: Whats For Supper?
Just home from work. Hot, humid and I'm tired so I'm whipping up an avocado and tomato guacamole (mine's more like salsa- prefer texture in my food) that I'll eat with rice mountain bread. A couple of pieces of fruit for dessert if I stay awake long enough.

It's hot here too but it's not supposed to be. I'm grilling salmon and will top it with a salsa of tomato, mint, basil, onion and chili. Serving it with steamed rice. Dessert is freshly churned ice cream. Grape for him, peppermint with dark chocolate shavings for me. ![]()

I made sausage jambalaya with quinoa instead of rice. I like it!

Re: Whats For Supper?
After much deliberation and having decided on something quick, it's goiing to be something I've wanted to repeat for years. A proper French onion soup, ie it has to be thin - not thick. Toasted cheesy crouton floating on top. Can't wait. ![]()
