Duck confit at a Parisian restaurant my first night in Paris. It was the first time I have eaten it and could be also that it was my dream to someday go to Paris....and suddenly there I was..

Have also had that , or my girlfiend did and I tasted it, superb. I , Jason Atherton was in charge at the time.
