Re: This new JO site...

Sorry Merlin, it seems now we're all griping and complaining haha.

Also, Koukouvagia, what happens when you try to upload an avatar? There shouldn't be an issue - we'll sort it out somehow!

When I try to upload a picture I am alerted that the file is too big.

Re: This new JO site...

Also, remember when we used to be able to see how many posts we've made right under our avatar?  I liked that, I don't know why.

Hey all. As some of you clearly know, you can use HTML tags for things like emboldening and italicising your text (use square brackets instead of greater and less-than signs).

I know that's a bit of a pain though so I'll see if we can add some buttons when we go over the forums. Thanks for your thoughts.

HUH hmm I am one of the dumb ones here ...no matter as the [b]emboldening can be used as obtrusive /dominating .. insulting.

Hello Merlin l'enchanteur smile
I would like Foodwise and the Blogs to show that we have  appreciated, other than simply leaving a word later that isn't often seen. As wine et o mentioned before..a tag of those that value others recipes... there could be a list of responces for everyone to see...just re-thinking as we get some nasties here!!..

I don't like the thumb up/down thing it sounds nasty to me.

While writing now the whole page is just white without interest left to right..why not use it for publishing forumers posts instead of filling with wallpaper.

Our names are too big they look ugly!!

Re: This new JO site...

It did work thumbsup .

In all honesty, though, I don't know if I could be bothered pushing so many buttons on my phone.

Thanks for the heads up, though, Merlin thumbsup

Re: This new JO site...

I have to agree with Kye...  even though I have known that we could use bold, italic or underline. I very rarely do because I don't  think it adds value to posts.   As Kye puts it, it can be  obtrusive /dominating .. insulting.   or in other words just irritating, in  the same manner as ALL CAPS POSTING.
